As December comes to a close, St. Clair Elementary is celebrating a month defined by both rigorous academic effort and festive school spirit. We kicked off the winter festivities with our kindergarten, first and second grade Christmas program, The Littlest Christmas Tree. Following this festive start, our students displayed great dedication to their academic achievement, pushing through assessments with impressive focus. They made great gains across the board. Two very impressive students reached the Millionaires Club reading over one million words in the first semester. We celebrated the conclusion of assessments with a high-energy, school-wide breakout game. Beyond the classroom challenges, we were proud to honor our most consistent learners during the first semester Perfect Attendance Prize Giveaway, sponsored by Communities in Schools. The month reached a joyful conclusion with classroom holiday parties filled with treats and games, capping off a successful 2025 by allowing students and staff to celebrate their collective hard work and community spirit before heading into a well-deserved winter break.
