Lowe’s Home Improvement stores from East and West Kingsport recently donated landscaping items to Carter’s Valley Elementary School in Church Hill. Not only did they provide the rose bushes and mulch, but employees were even on hand to plant the beautiful shrubs at the school. “We are blown away by their generosity for our little school,” stated Principal, Carrie Griffith. “It has made such a special impact on our school campus.” “Community partners play a huge role in our district schools, and we appreciate them greatly,” said Director of Schools Matt Hixson.
