Congratulations to Panther wrestling as they went 3-0 for the night defeating Robinson Middle, Sevier Middle, and Greenville Middle!

7th Grade Blue ended the day gathered around the table being thankful! We celebrated A Charlie Brown Thanksgiving with the classic menu—popcorn, toast, jelly beans, and pretzels. A big thank you to Miss Allen and her wonderful parents for treating our students today!

🦃 A Charlie Brown Thanksgiving in 7th Grade Gold! 🦃🍽️ Ms. Allen’s class celebrated with a classic Charlie Brown Thanksgiving feast today! Students enjoyed Snoopy’s favorites...buttered toast, popcorn, pretzels, and jelly beans, just like in the beloved holiday special. We sure are thankful here at Church Hill Middle School!

The CHMS Boys and Girls Basketball Teams want to give a huge shoutout to all of their sponsors! These sponsors have made it possible for all students to attend home basketball games this season for free!

Mr. Hagood's Social Studies classes took their skills to a higher level this week as students debated over important issues in US History!

Superintendent Appreciation Day! In honor of Hawkins County School Superintendent Matt Hixson, the Amistad House hosted a food drive and collected nonperishable items for the Church Hill Food Pantry. Today, Mr. Hixson stopped by to meet with our Amistad Community Outreach Team, who presented him with a fabulous cake made by our very own Mrs. Patty and a fun superhero-themed picture! This year’s Superintendent Appreciation Day theme was “Superheroes,” and we couldn’t agree more! Mr. Hixson goes above and beyond to support our schools. We are truly thankful for his leadership, dedication, and all he does for our students and staff every day!

📣 Important Schedule Update for Today School will begin at 9:45 AM this morning. Our Veterans Day Program will start at 10:30 AM in the 7/8 gym. 🇺🇸 Visitors: Please arrive by 10:15 AM and enter the building through the 7/8 side. We look forward to honoring our veterans together today! ❤️🤍💙

Tomorrow, November 11th, we will hold our Veterans Day Program in the 7/8 gym. Program begins at 8:30 AM. Veterans attending are asked to arrive by 8:15 AM. Please remind students that this ceremony is to honor those who have served or are currently serving in our military and respectful behavior is expected throughout the program. If we are on a snow delay, the program will begin at 10:30 AM.
