We are very excited to announce that Cherokee High School’s Graduation Ceremony for the Class of 2024 will be held outside at the football stadium on Mike Sivert Field. To help us have a comfortable ceremony, we are asking everyone to bring rain jackets/ponchos and small umbrellas, as needed. You may use stadium seats, but please don’t bring lawn chairs. Handicapped seating will be available at the very top of the stadium; you must bring your own lawn chair for this area. The top row of the stadium is set aside for handicapped seating, as well. Please keep this in mind as you enter the stands.
All graduates should arrive and be inside the gym by 6:30pm. All guests may enter the gates at 6:30pm. You do not need a ticket to enter. Again, you may choose to sit wherever you desire, but please leave the top row open for handicapped guests. Please do not come down on the track until all students have picked up their diploma packet from the gym at the end of the ceremony.
