The homecoming dance will be held on Saturday, Sept. 12, from 7:00-10:00 p.m. Tickets will be sold in the commons for $10 and will be sold ONLY during lunch. Students who volunteer to help set up for the dance on Friday afternoon before the dance will receive community service hours. See Ms. Collins or Ms. Kendrick for details.
We will be judging our best dressed Teacher/Student during 2nd period. Listen for the announcement and quickly come to the commons.
The Yearbook Staff will be hosting a photobooth in the Commons this week each day during your lunch. It is a dollar per person and your photos will be emailed to your student email account. Feel free to take photos with friends (in your lunch group) using the Homecoming props that will be provided. The area will be off limits until lunch time.

Thursday, Sept 10th- Adam Sandler Day
Friday, Sept 11th- Color Day (Freshmen wear white, Sophomores wear red, Juniors wear black, and Seniors wear all school colors)
Teachers don’t forget to count the students dressed up in each grade level. This count is taken at the start of 2nd period. Cut the paper sent in your mailbox and hang that day on the outside of your door. Someone will come and pick it up. If they do not pick it up please contact Mrs. Hughes or Teffany Cope.
Don’t forget to work on your poster. These will be due Friday morning. Remember you will have Battle of the Classes on Thursday during 2nd. Finish by tomorrow.
Students owing detention! - We will have morning detention on Tuesdays and afternoon detention Wednesdays. The first detention session will be tmrw! If you owe a detention, you will be contacted by Ms Brittany to get scheduled.
Battle of the Classes tickets will go on sale today during all lunches for $3. Tickets will be sold during all lunches tomorrow and before school tomorrow and Thursday.
Juniors for CareerConnect will meet today after school in the commons area!
