Why did you choose to become a teacher? I felt that with my unique life experience and expertise in
the growing field of restuarant / culinary,I would be in a unique position to help students with the growing
number of challenges they face in school and after school as well.

Culinary I - Focuses on basic cooking techniques, culinary history, and basic safety / sanitation concepts
Culinary II - A continuance of culinary I, covering mre advanced concepts and techniques
Culinary III - Focuses on administrative / management techniques and responsibilities
How much and what kinds of homework can your students expect?
No homework is given. Extra credit is offered at times and may be completed at home.
What special projects will be completed throughout the semester:
There are numerous dinners and catering events done throughout the year. Each is different
and each can range from 15 to 300 people.
What is the best way for your students to communicate with You?
Face to face.
Do you offer tutoring? If Yes, when and where: No, but we have many after school catering events in which
students can volunteer for, in which the would get more one-on-one instruction.
