Welcome to Art Class!...About Me |
...and Music...
Where words fail, music speaks.
Music is a discipline, and a mistress of order and good manners,
she makes the people milder and gentler, more moral and more
reasonable.
After silence, that which comes nearest to expressing the
inexpressible is music.
Music was my refuge, I could crawl into the space between the
notes and curl my back to loneliness.
The flat sound of my wooden clogs on the cobblestones, deep,
hollow and powerful, is the note I seek in my painting.
