| From Knoxville- Take Bulls Gap exit off I-81. Turn left off exit. From Hwy 11 take Hwy 66 toward Rogersville. Exit off onto Hwy 70 on right. From Hwy 70 exit off onto Kite Road on left. The road will end, take a right and immediatly turn left onto Webster Valley Road. Keplar Elementary will be at the end of the road on the right. | From Morristown- Take either 113 through St. Clair or Hwy 66 through Bulls Gap. The two roads will meet on Hwy 66. From there take Hwy 70 on right. Exit off 70 onto Kite Road on left. The road will end, take a right and immediatly turn left onto Webster Valley Road. Keplar Elementary will be at the end of the road. |

| From Bailyton- Travel on 172. Take a left onto 347. Keplar Elementary will be on the right. | From Kingsport -Take Hwy 11W to Rogersville. Exit off Park Blvd.on left, at red light where K-mart and the swimming pool are.Once your on Park Blvd.go to the red light and take a left. Take the first right onto 347. It's about a ten minute drive to the school. Keplar will be on the right. |
