"Socks of Love" |

Kaylee
Keplar Elementary is so proud of Kaylee and her desire to
serve the community |
Kaylee, a third grade student at Keplar Elementary,
had a wonderful idea that she put into action. Her idea.... to deliver
new socks to all the residents at Rogersville Care and Rehab Center.
To do this she began decorating boxes that she placed in local
businesses to be used as drop off locations for the socks. It didn't
take long for the boxes to be filled with new socks!
Kaylee's "Socks of Love" was so successful that she was able to deliver
2 new pairs of socks to all the residents at
Rogersville Care and Rehab Center along with a Christmas card and candy!
She would like to thank everyone who made donations or helped in any way
to make the "Socks of Love" drive a success. The local businesses who
helped as drop off locations are: GreenBank, The Rogersville Review,
Movie Gallery, Medicine Shoppe, Food City Eastgate, Reed's Auto Repair
and The Olive Branch.
