Thanks to Brenda Joyner of Hawkins County EMS and Michael Lipe of Hawkins County EMS and Hawkins County Rescue Squad for presenting a a safety program to 3rd, 4th, and 5th grades.  The program included safety tips regarding what a student should do if he/she became lost in a crowd, a rural area, at shopping centers, etc.  A special thanks to Jasper, a certified German Shepherd "search and rescue" dog.  Jasper and his handler/trainer, Michael Lipe, gave demonstrations of Jasper's ability to track a lost person.   Thanks!!
