Art Festival 2007 - From Sea to Shining Sea

The Bearcats Choir of 105 students, under the direction of Ms. Greene-Beatty, performed a variety of songs on May 10, 2007.  These songs included: Patriotic Medley, Fifty Nifty United States, Put a Little Sunshine in Your in Life, Start of Something New, and much more!  Girl Scout Troop #411, Troop Leader Angie Harell, performed the Flag Ceremony. 

 The artwork of Ms. Flynn's students represented cities, land, people and wildife of America in various media.  Students completed landscapes, cityscapes, self-portraits, animals, sports, the Grand Canyon and ....hold on to your hats.....rollercoaster-scapes!!!   Windsocks were also constructed that represented diversity in America.  The designs represented culture from different areas  of the world: Central America, Orient, Middle East, Native America in North America, and Africa.
