Kindergarten Registration will take place at each elementary school in Hawkins County on Friday, April 27, 2012 for last names (A-M)
Friday, May 4, 2012 for last names (N-Z)
1:00 PM to 3:00 PM
If you did not register on one of these dates, please call or visit the school to register.

Important Information Needed to Register for Kindergarten
a Birth Certificate with state seal (copy)
a Social Security Card (copy)
a Record of Physical Examination dated between August 5, 2011 and August 5, 2012
a Immunization Certificate showing immunizations are up to date
