It's never too early

to talk about graduation.

 

Important Information Needed  to Register for Kindergarten

 

a Birth Certificate with state seal     

    (copy)

 

a Social Security Card (copy)

 

a Record of Physical Examination

    dated between August 5, 2012 

    and August 5, 2013

 

 a Immunization Certificate showing

     immunizations are up to date


a  Proof of Residence (utility bill or      tax statement)

 

NEW GUIDELINE - Any student entering kindergarten must have reached his or her 5th birthday by August 31, 2013.

 

 

Parent and family involvement in a child's education is important to  his/her success.  Children who have someone at home who cares about their education are more likely to graduate.
