Mission Statement

The mission statement for the Hawkins County Child Nutrition Program is:

To provide a school food service program that supplies the customers with safe, nutritious food in a comfortable environment at a reasonable price.

To provide Child Nutrition employees with positions that are challenging, rewarding, and that offer programs for continuous personal growth with the local school system.
To provide the school district and the local school board with a food service program that meets the goals and objectives of the system. To provide a food service program that is self- supporting and that supports the entire educational system.
