Mr. George Barton, Principal I have a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in History from Clinch Valley College, (M.A.) in Education Administration & Supervision from Virginia Tech University and 30 years teaching and administration service in Virginia. My wife, Lisa, and I have two daughters, Christy and Chesney. Lisa and I look forward to moving to Hawkins County and getting to know the faculty, staff, students, parents and Clinch community.
