Presentation of Project

Recipe Students must find a recipe of a traditional holiday food from their country. 6.1.tpi.2. make and sample foods from a cultural region.  
Ornament/Poem/Recipe Students may create an ornament  or a poem relating to their country's holiday.  This ornament should be reflective of their country.  Ornaments will be hung on a tree in their classroom. Explain and give examples of how language, literature, the arts, architecture, other artifacts, traditions, beliefs, values, and behaviors contribute to the development and transmission of culture.
