Welcome to Mr. Armstrong's class web page.  I have been teaching at Surgoinsville Elementary School for the past several years.  I currently teach resource classes for second through fourth grade.  I have been teaching for 11 years within the Hawkins County School system.  I have a Masters Degree from East Tennessee State University in Special Education, as well as certification for Kindergarten through six grade from Milligan College.  I am excited about this school year and look forward to a year of discovery and learning.
