My name is Charles Johnson

I am your child's 7th grade Science teacher.

My goal

To challenge your children to work hard

and to learn new things. 

School year ends early 5-17-12 will be honors day.

Please know that I am always available to talk to you about your child's progress in the classroom.  If you need to contact me, my email address is charles.johnson@hck12.net, or you can come by the school during my planning period which is from 8:50-9:35 each day.

Please remind students to keep up with assignment dates.  I will be giving each student an Engrade.com login; so their grades can be checked at any time. They can also use this program to contact me with questions they may have about science.

Students are not doing a good job keeping up with assignments and turning work in on time. Even though I want to keep my science class as current as possible, I am going to use the textbook more to see if students can keep up with assignments and in turn raise their grade.

STEM: Students are currently working on bridge designs. Bridge tests will be held on May 9th during 1st and 2nd period.
