| The following assignment is the make-up work for
students who miss class. Students who miss
the Fitnessgram (fitness test) can make up the exercise they missed at home.
Please bring in your scores to class as soon as possible.
Students that miss a regular class activity can do
the following:
1. 15 minutes of
cardio-vascular exercise (running, riding bike, swimming, etc.)
2. Push-ups (3 sets
of 10)
3. Sit-ups (3 sets of
15)
4. Smile and enjoy
your day off. |
