Transcript requests for graduates and former attendees of Volunteer High School must be made in writing  to the attention of the Registrar at Volunteer High School.  Please allow 48 hours processing time for Transcript Requests.  Transcripts are sent at no charge.
 
The request must include the following information:
 
      Full Name (as it was while attending Volunteer High)
      Date of Birth
      Social Security Number
      Year Of Graduation (or last year of attendance)
      Name and Address Of Institution/Business/Individual To Send Transcript
      Daytime Telephone Number
      Your Signature
