Tennessee State Leadership Conference

Fourteen members of Cherokee High School's Future Business Leaders of America recently competed at the 63rd Annual Tennessee State Leadership Conference in Chattanooga, TN.  Maria Howard competed in Public Speaking I; Gabe Ellison, Kodey Popplewell, and Kolby Trent competed in Emerging Business Issues; Kinsey Trent, Morgan Trent, and Tatum Trent competed in Business Ethics; Leslie Bradley and Wyatt Watson competed in Social Media Campaign; and Jack Bevill, Tyler Farmer, and Teagan Trent competed in Business Plan.  All competitors made it past the preliminary round.  In their respective events, Bradley and Watson placed 4th in state; Bevill, Farmer, and Tegan. Trent placed 1st in state.  Bevill, Farmer, and Te. Trent are qualified to represent Cherokee FBLA at the 2016 National State Leadership Conference in Atlanta, GA this summer.  Congratulations to all the competitors!
